Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email barklyofficial09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and an address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your Petchat AI device arrives damaged or malfunctioning, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
